Honey Harvest

- When ordering honey jars include some smaller 4oz sizes because if you have different flavoured honey, which you may have even from adjacent hives, a selection of two or three make a lovely gift at Christmas. They are also very useful in your first season when your harvest is modest! (Margery Blower)

- When extracting your honey it is advisable to wear flip-flops or footwear that can be easily cleaned because that's where most sticky drips will land! (Val Dillon)
